SUN & SKY: Yoga

Florence Bereziat discovered yoga in 2015, initially as a physical practice, but very quickly as a true path to overall balance. Since 2019, she has been sharing yoga with her students through accessible, intuitive instruction that is deeply attuned to the body, offering practices tailored to each individual.

Through IAMFLOYOGA, she teaches a dynamic and mindful form of yoga, inviting everyone to reconnect with their body, breath, and energy.
